Simple Yippee Skippee Card

As you can see Yippee Skipee is now officially one of my favorite sentiments!   Here it is paired up with the pennants from the Designer Typeset stamp set.     With two of my favorite new colors from the Stampin' Up! catalog.   The colors are:    Coastal Cabana and Smoky Slate.

Inkredible Color Challenge

This week's Inkredible color challenge is two 2013-15 In Colors paired up with Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla.    I am so excited I was able to play with some new stamps that I just got from the Stampin' Up! catalog.

How great is this coffee cup and sentiment.     The new In Colors that were used are Baked Brown Sugar and Strawberry Slush.

Inkredible color challenge

This week's Inkredible color challenge is to use two 2013-15 In colors and two 2012-14 In colors.  So I decided to use my Midnight Muse and Gumball Green and then Baked Brown Sugar and Strawberry Slush for this week's challenge.

I decided to pull out the Best of Everything stamp set and give it one last farewell.

More Blues and Orange

If you can believe it, I actually created this card first and the coffee mug from last week's Stamping Royalty came after.   I was pinning away on Pinterest and saw the cool colors of Coastal Cabana and Pumpkin Pie and thought they would make a great coffee themed card.   Then I poked around saw that the Sycamore Street designer series paper was perfect for the card.

Most of the products are not SU except for the designer series paper, card stock and ink, but  I just knew I wanted to share this cool color combo to inspire others.

Stamping Royalty Color Challenge

This week's Stamping Royalty brings a color challenge.    The colors are:   Summer Starfruit, Pool Party, Pumpkin Pie.

You can never have enough thank you cards and how cute would this coffee cup be paired up with a  gift card to someone's favorite coffee shop.

I decided to use the Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper as the base for the card.     The coffee cup was one I free form cut out a while ago.   I kept the template for future cards.   Now whenever I need it I just pull it out to make my coffee cards.

A Different Twist for a Teacher Card


Here is a different twist for a thank you card for teachers!   Here is a shabby chic card with just a touch of school theme in the card with the alphabet letters.

Most of the products are not SU, but I am sure we all have products that can easily be converted to make a similiar card.    The products that are SU are the ink, card stock, ribbon and stamp sets.

Father's Day

Father's Day is June 16th.    Where is the time going.   I feel like it is moving way too quickly.    Here is the Sent with Love stamp set which I have to say I have not used quite as much as I would have liked to since it has come out.    I paired it up with some great postal washi tape and a border punch from my collection.    So pull out the Sent with Love stamp set and make your dad a great card for his day.
