Inkredible Color Challenge

This week Inkredible Color Challenge is use this year's the New Incolors, well I used four out of the five:   Midnight Muse, Summer Starfruit, Gumball Green and Raspberry Ripple.   The only color not used was Primrose Petals.

Together Forever

One of my favorite stamp sets from the new catalog is the Flowering Flourishes.   So elegant, so pretty perfect for wedding cards.    So here it is paired up with the retired Together Forever stamp set.   I pulled out a Mojo Monday sketch for the challenge.   It works perfectly for my wedding card.

Inkredible Color Challenge

Inkredible Color Challenge

Summer Keepsake


Here is a cute summer keepsake, you just need to remember to bring home some sand from the beach and shells!   Here is my niece and nephew from our vacation from last year.    I laminated their photos and put them in a mason jar with sand and shells.   I cheated and got shells from the Home Goods in my area.    The date I printed on my computer and then cut it out.

Stamping Royalty Photo Inspiration

So this week Stamping Royalty brings us a photo challenge.   My eyes were drawn to the flowers in the comforter and it made me pull out last year's hostess exclusive designer series paper, Cheerful Treat.   I also decided to bring the picture frames into my project as well.   I have to say it is a little tricky diecutting and trying to line up the embossing, takes a little patience!

Super Simple Card

I have to say I am so loving the new Pleasant Poppies stamp set in the new catalog.    It is a big background set, but in this project I just masked off and used part of the flowers in the background stamp to make this super simple and clean card.

Inkredible Summer Color Challenge Scrappin'


This week the Inkredible color challenge brings us Island Indigo, Pink Pirouette, Daffodil Delight and Certainly Celery.    The colors started with me using my flip flop punch I got at a local craft store.   I wanted to make a panner with flip flops and from the scrapbook page started to take form.   

Here is my niece and nephew with their friends in pictures taken last year.   I can't believe how much they have change in the past year.   What a difference a year makes!

Having Fun with Summer Silhouette

I have to say I am so excited that I have been able to play with some new stamp sets and paper.  It is like a breath of fresh air.  I have to say at first pass through the book, I almost completely missed the Summer Silhouette stamp set, but then I saw the amazing sample in the book and I knew it had to get it!

Stamping Royalty Color Challenge

This week Stamping Royalty brings us a color challenge.   The colors are:   Basic Gray, Daffodil Delight and Baja Breeze.

I was watching one of my favorite shows and I kept seeing the gray and white as a geometrical border.  First it was on a comforter and then as a border against a glass wall.   I was totally inspired by what I was seeing.   I decided to pull out the Summer Silhouettes stamp set and use the border in the set. 

So here is my super simple card, quick and easy to get a thank you out in the mail.
